📦 Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. We ship locally within Europe to ensure you get your gadgets as fast as possible.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we specialize in fast delivery to Spain, Poland and most of eastern Europe countries including Romania, Greece, Czechia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia and more coming soon.
3. How much is shipping?
We offer competitive flat-rate shipping. You will see the exact shipping cost for your specific location at checkout before you finalize your order.
4. Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order is handed to the courier, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
5. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, contact us at contact@oparley.com. While we aren't responsible for natural disasters, we always work with the courier to find a fair solution.
🤝 Cash on Delivery (COD)
6. How does "Pay at Door" work?
Simple! Place your order online without a card. We’ll call/WhatsApp you to confirm. When the courier arrives, you pay him in cash (or card, if the courier has a terminal) and take your package.
7. Why is there a small COD fee?
This €2–€5 fee covers our manual verification call center and the extra handling/insurance fees charged by shipping companies for physical cash.
8. Do I have to confirm my order by phone?
Yes. To prevent fake orders and fraud, a team member will reach out via phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled.
9. Can I pay by card at my door?
Most of our courier partners carry POS terminals. However, we always recommend having cash ready just in case their terminal has a signal issue.
10. What are "Lockers" and can I use them?
In many regions, you can choose delivery to an automated locker. You can pick up your item 24/7 and pay directly at the locker terminal.

💳 Online Payments & Security
11. Is it safe to use my card on Oparley?
100%. We use Stripe and Shopify Payments, which are world-class secure gateways. We never see or store your card numbers.
12. Do you accept PayPal or Apple Pay?
Yes! We offer Express Checkout via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster, card-free experience.
13. Why was my online payment declined?
Usually, this is due to a typo or a bank security limit. Double-check your info or try using a different payment method like COD.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
14. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day "Change of Mind" return period. The item must be unused and in original packaging. (Note: Shipping/operational fees are deducted from these returns).
15. What if the product arrives broken?
Contact us within 7 days with video or photo proof. We will send a replacement or give a full refund at no cost to you.
16. Does my gadget have a warranty?
Yes! All Oparley products come with a 4-month limited warranty covering technical manufacturing defects.
17. How do I start a return?
Email contact@oparley.com with your full name, product name, ordering date, payment method, and the reason for the return (include photos/videos if the item is defective). Do not ship the item back until we provide the correct local return address for your country

🛠️ Orders & Support
18. Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Once it is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
19. What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us on WhatsApp immediately! If the order hasn't shipped, we can fix it. If it has already shipped, we cannot offer a refund for delivery errors.
20. How can I contact a real person?
