For the fastest and most convenient experience, you can use a digital wallet or intermediary.

  • One-Tap Payment: Using PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay means you don't have to type in your card details or shipping address manually.
  • Extra Layer of Safety: These services act as a "shield" between your bank and the store, providing an additional layer of buyer protection and encryption.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay at Your Door:

If you prefer not to use your card online, our Cash on Delivery service allows you to pay only when the product is in your hands.

The Process:

  1. Place Your Order: Enter your shipping and contact information at checkout.
  2. Order Verification: A member of the Oparley team will call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your details.
  3. Fast Delivery: Once confirmed, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days.
  4. Delivery Day: The courier will call you on the day of delivery. Please have the money ready, or your card if you prefer to use a POS terminal (available with some of our shipping partners, please ask the courier if POS terminal is available first).
  5. Smart Lockers: In some regions, we offer delivery to automated lockers. This allows you to pick up your package and pay at the locker terminal whenever it's convenient for you.

Understanding COD Fees: To maintain this service, a small COD processing fee (typically between €2 – €5) is added to your total. This fee covers:

  • Fraud Prevention: Operating our manual verification call center to prevent fake orders.
  • Offline Processing: Extra fees charged by shipping companies for handling physical cash and insurance.
